A Christmas Message
So we have reached another Christmas! I can’t quite believe how quickly this year has gone but we are nearly at the end of it and so it’s time to shut down for Christmas and make some exciting plans for 2018.
I would like to thank you for your business and custom during 2017. We are hugely passionate about working with you our customers to help you grow your organisations and drive additional business.
We know that 2018 will be another interesting year with GDPR coming along in May and Brexit looming for 2019! We look forward to working with you in 2018 and helping you build and achieve your objectives.
I believe it is important for our team to take some time off during the Christmas period and so our InTouch office will be shut from 4pm this afternoon until 9am on Tuesday January 2nd.
We will be responding to any support tickets raised as normal (apart from those raised on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day) but our phone lines will not be open during this time.
If you do have an urgent query then please do raise a ticket or email us at email@example.com and one of the team will look to respond to you as soon as we can.
All that is left for me to do is wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas. I hope you get some time to relax and enjoy yourself over the festive period so that you come back feeling refreshed and ready to make 2018 your year!
