What happens after my trial expires?

If, after 14 days, you decide you don’t want to pay for the service, that’s fine as you are free to leave at any time.
Am I signing up to a minimum/fixed term contract?
Absolutely not. When you sign up we’ll process your payment, and every month thereafter on a month plus one day rolling basis. After this time, your account will be deactivated and your card details will be deleted from our system. Once you have cancelled your account, you will still be able to use InTouch during this period.
What are email credits and how can I get more?
Email credits are the currency of email marketing. One email credit lets you send one email via the system. Our complete package comes with 20,000 email credits per month. If this isn’t enough you can purchase more credits (see our rates here) and, unlike monthly credits, these will stay in your account until used up.
How do I get started with Text Marketing / SMS?
Text message marketing is integrated into several of the modules within InTouch and can be a really great way to keep in touch with your customers.  You can buy credits to send text messages from within the system. What extras can I get? Any hidden charges?
