I have learned a lot on how to win business over the last 20 years of being in business.

I love the process and work involved in sales and I still believe the feeling of hearing a prospect say, ‘yes let’s go ahead with this’ is one of the greatest feelings in the world!

The reality is that if you’re not winning new business on a regular basis then you’re likely to be going backwards.

    Good points James and yes I still get the GREAT feeling of when a new client or even more an existing client wants to get going on a new project – I understand your points of DRIVER and CONVERT that’s why I always use your CRM system for my clients and can see how your automation comes into play and saves a lot of manual work sending emails – I believe you need to understand your client needs / problem and provide a solution tailored to their needs.
