TRACKFARE, DRIVER and CONVERT – Why These Win Business
The foundations, skills and process you need to follow to ensure you get consistent sales success
I have learned a lot on how to win business over the last 20 years of being in business.
I love the process and work involved in sales and I still believe the feeling of hearing a prospect say, ‘yes let’s go ahead with this’ is one of the greatest feelings in the world!
The reality is that if you’re not winning new business on a regular basis then you’re likely to be going backwards.
Was going backwards and struggling to survive part of your business plan when you decided to run your own business or take on that new management position?
No, I didn’t think so.
Within the modern business world, the dynamic between the seller and the buyer is very different to what it used to be. 10 years ago, you could sell your product or service through clever marketing and sales techniques because the buyer didn’t have control.
The reality in 2017 is very different. The internet and social media have changed the way in which buyers of all types engage and react to companies. One simple search for you or your company and a whole raft of information appears which the buyer then uses to influence their decision on whether to work with you. Got a dodgy online photo? The chances are it will show up. Have a bad review from a dissatisfied customer? Search hard enough and you can find it.
Many business people I speak with hanker back for the good old days when they didn’t have to worry about what they said, how they acted or how they appeared. My message to them is clear.
The modern business world has changed and you need to change with it. If you deal with the change, build good business foundations, improve your skills and tell prospects and customers your vision and reason for being in business then you can achieve consistent sales success.
Put your head in the sand and ignore these fundamentals and you need to be prepared to see your business go backwards.
I have worked with some great companies who want to grow but who are not trusted by prospects to deliver a service or who don’t appear professional in the way in which they respond and act. I have engaged with some incredibly knowledgeable and helpful people who are great at what they do but who lack enthusiasm and determination when they talk to potential customers. I have helped them change and operate differently and helping great businesses win and grow is what prompted me to start InTouch and it’s still what gets me up in the morning now.
I love hearing stories from customers of ours such as Laundry Efficiency win client after client because of our help and I want to see more and more companies achieve this sales success.
Therefore, I have created 3 new models to use and deploy to get consistent sales success. TRACKFARE are the foundations you need to have in place, DRIVER are the skills you need to develop and CONVERT is the journey you need to take your prospects on.
I describe these models in a new book which I am in the process of finishing called The Conversion Train which will be out later in the summer but I am already starting to share these models and ideas with business people who want more consistent sales success.
I am pleased therefore to launch a new TRACKFARE video series which provides over 3 hours of content, tips and advice on the importance of these 9 core foundations and how you can apply them to your company.
Me and my team have developed this video series to help those businesses who want more consistent sales success get the results they want. It is aimed at those who know sales is essential but who aren’t getting the success they want.
So, are you happy with the results you are achieving? Are you and your business growing at the speed you want? Do you feel you are missing out on business but are unsure why?
If so then pre-register for our TRACKFARE video series and if you do register before Wednesday 7th June at 5pm and I will ensure you get this video series for just £10 which is a massive 80% saving on the list price.
That is just £10 for over 3 hours of incredibly valuable content and materials to help ensure you get the consistent sales success that you desire!
