By using hyperlinks in your email, you make it really simple for your customer to respond to you without having to do anything other than click one of the options. It also gives you more of an insight on how you can help them. The links you use in your email could direct your customer to a video or a guide on how to use that particular area which helps them solve their problem. You’ll also be able to monitor which link they click and can then send them further emails based on that area.
An email like this is perfect to send to a new customer who signed into your system initially but has since been inactive. Send it to anyone who has been inactive for a week or so and encourage them to come back to you.

An email like this encourages your customer to make the most of your service and use it to its full potential. If a customer isn’t using your service to its full potential, there’s a risk that they won’t see the value in it, simply because they haven’t used every area. So, an email like this is a perfect way of inspiring your customer to do more. Send this email to active users who are only utilising certain areas of your system or service.
